Tijdens de actieperiode* ontvang je bij aankoop van een BBQ een gratis MEATER met 10 meter bereik.
Met de MEATER vleesthermometer volg je draadloos de ontwikkeling van je gerecht. Je stopt de thermometer in je gerecht en volg de termperatuur van 0 tot 275 graden nauwkeurig. De MEATER app op je telefoon geeft je inzicht in de ontwikkeling van de kerntemperatuur, de omgevingstemperatuur en geeft je een seintje wanneer je eten klaar is. Echt een musthave voor iedere BBQ’er.

Een heerlijk rollade kan het hele jaar door worden gemaakt maar op één of andere manier hebben we deze toch het liefst in de herfst en winterperiode. Of lekker bij het kerstmaal. Maar ditmaal in het voorjaar.

Het water loopt je al in je mond als je denkt aan gerookte carpaccio salade met truffelmayonaise.
Je hoort carpaccio vaak vallen in combinatie met een belegd boordje of als voorgerecht in een restaurant. Dus bedachten wij een recept om een volwaardig hoofdgerecht te maken met carpaccio als basis.
Wie houdt er niet van zuurkool in de winter? Wij in ieder geval wel. Tijdens het maken van verschillende burgers kwamen we erachter dat je zuurkool prima kan combineren op een heerlijk broodje hamburger.
Vandaag delen we spareribs, maar dan een andere heerlijke variant de kalfsrib. Het vlees komt zoals de naam al aangeeft van het jonge kalf en is hierdoor erg mals en zacht van smaak. Voor mensen die geen varkensvlees lusten of mogen is dit een perfecte oplossing.
